General Cleaning Service Packages

 

Basic Cleaning:

​

Kitchen: Wiping/sanitizing counter tops and sink, dusting outside of appliances, cleaning stove top, sweep and mop.

​

Bathroom(s): Wiping/sanitizing countertops/sinks, cleaning mirrors, cleaning toilet, tubs, showers (wiping tiles and glass) (please note: if you need shower tile grout cleaning there will be an additional cost) sweep and mop.

​

Living room/Dining room/Common Areas: Light dusting, sweep, mop or vacuum.

​

Bedrooms: Light dusting, make up beds, sweep, mop or vacuum.

​

 

Deep Cleaning:

​

Everything included in basic cleaning PLUS dusting of fans, blinds, base boards and window seals. (If you need more extensive cleaning for baseboards there will be extra fees). With the deep cleaning we offer a more extensive dusting option vs the basic light dusting.

​

▪️We do offer add ons: Inside of refrigerator, inside of microwave, inside of oven, shower grout cleaning, organizing and folding/hanging laundry.

You can request the basic cleaning package and add additional services instead of getting complete Deep Cleaning Package. (ex. Basic cleaning package + Fan dusting)

** PLEASE NOTE: we DO light picking up but do NOT pick up excessive amounts of trash/toys/clothes, etc...If you need organizing please make clear at the time of getting an estimate and making an appointment. We do NOT pick up/clean human or animal feces/fluids. Also, we do our best to get rid of dust but please understand there will be settling of dust once job is complete.**

 

 

Move Out/In Packages

(PLEASE READ ENTIRE PACKAGE FOR WHATS INCLUDED)

Basic Move Out/In:

Bedrooms/Living Rooms/Dining - vacuum or sweep and mop

Bathrooms - cleaning all counter tops/sinks, mirrors, tubs, shower, toilet. Sweep, mop.

Hallways/Walk Areas - vacuum or sweep and mop.

Kitchen - cleaning all counter tops/sinks, wipe out drawers/cabinets, clean stove top, clean inside of microwave and refrigerator, sweep, mop.

(This package does NOT include wiping INSIDE of cabinets or drawers)

Basic PLUS Move Out/In:

Bedrooms/Living Rooms/Dining - vacuum or sweep and mop

Bathrooms - cleaning all counter tops/sinks, mirrors, tubs, shower, toilet. Wiping inside of drawers and sweeping out bottom cabinets. Sweep, mop.

Hallways/Walk Areas - vacuum or sweep and mop.

Kitchen - cleaning all counter tops/sinks, wipe out drawers/cabinets, sweep out bottom cabinets, clean stove top, clean inside of microwave and refrigerator, sweep, mop.

 

Deep Move Out/In:

Includes everything listed in basic PLUS move out package - plus dusting of fans, blinds, wipe window seals, dust baseboards, wipe outside of cabinets.

ADD ONS ARE AVAILABLE: INSIDE OF OVEN CLEANING, SHOWER GROUT CLEANING, WINDOWS, VENTS, WALL SPOT CLEANING, WIPING BASEBOARDS (not dusting) ETC... PLEASE ADD ADDITIONAL SERVICES NEEDED AT TIME OF ESTIMATE & UPON BOOKING SERVICES.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT PREMISES SHOULD BE EMPTY. WE DO NOT HAUL TRASH OR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND.
